1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with Sivaabay LLC.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a simple 15-day return and refund policy.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Items not eligible for return:

Gift cards or digital products

Sale, clearance, or discounted items

Personalized or custom-made products

Intimate or sanitary goods (such as jewelry or skincare items, if applicable)

3. Return Process
To start a return:

Email us at sivaabay25@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Ship the item back to us within 7 days after approval.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Returns requested after the 15-day window.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
